$49 Initial Payment 90 days to pay “No Credit Needed”* with early purchase option
This is a no credit needed funding program. Koalafi does perform a credit check as part of the application process. It is based on your banking activities, and how well you manage your checking account. There are four general requirements for approval.
Program Requirements
You must have a personal checking account open for the past 3 months.
$1000 per month must be deposited into the account.
The account must show zero overdrafts for the past 30 days.
There must be a $45 minimum balance at the time of approval.
At the time of approval Koalafi will hold the $49 Initial Payment in your bank account. If you decide not to use this funding the $49 will be released back to you.
Three Payoff Options
Full lease term option - The full-term is lease-to-own for 12 months. If you do not choose option 1 or option 2 below and allow the program to run the full term, the program will cost you a little more than double your invoice price, plus tax, plus the $49 initial payment. Lake Effect Furniture and Mattress recommends that you NOT do this, but instead use the 90 day early purchase option.
Option 1: 90 Day early purchase option - If you pay off the invoice amount within the initial term of less than 3 months from the date you receive your furniture, your total cost will be the invoice price, plus tax, plus the $49 initial payment. Initial term is less than 3 months; term renews with each payment. Lake Effect Furniture and Mattress highly recommends using this option.
Option 2: Early Payoff - This is when you go past the initial term but still want to pay it off prior to the full term. The payoff amount is calculated by taking 65% of the remaining total amount of payments for the full term option. We only recommend this option if you failed to pay off within the initial term.
