Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Any cancelled order or layaway will result in a processing fee of 20% of the entire sale. All items removed from original packaging, or partially opened are considered used, and cannot be restocked. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS require a nonrefundable deposit of 50%. Any merchandise or deposit left 60 days from time of the initial payment will be considered abandoned unless otherwise noted. The buyer is responsible to measure doorways, stairways and space in their residence to ensure items purchased will fit in the desired locations.

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time the order is written. Seller shall not be held responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise caused by manufacturer issues.

Deliveries will be scheduled on designated delivery days with no specified time span or time of the day. Any damaged items delivered by the seller must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

All warranty claims must be accompanied with the receipt. All items picked up from the warehouse must be inspected. Any damage must be reported at time of pick up.

All pick-ups must be scheduled 24 hrs in advance.
