I’ve made two recent purchases from Lake Effect Furniture and recommend them very highly. We worked with Mary who was very friendly and helpful, she didn’t pressure us and we there to answer all of our questions. We saw a table and chair set at another store and was excited to see the same one at Lake Effect for significantly less of a cost. We also ordered a custom made sectional set and it came in much quicker than expected. Delivery on both items was great! If you are shopping for furniture you really can’t go wrong with Lake Effect, and the fact that they were a local store was really the cherry on top!

Went in and was able to purchase 2 couches that day, instead of 2-4 weeks as I was told they came in 6 days! We love them. Michelle was extremely helpful and made sure I knew every detail and measurement before I finalized my purchase. Would definitely purchase from there again. Thank you!

I purchased a 4 piece sectional from Lake Effect Furniture and Mattress. The product I pick out was shown in the showroom but the configuration didn't work for my space. The team at Lake Effect helped me configure it to my dimensions. Since I was changing the configuration I was able to completely customize the product! I found the perfect fabric to accommodate my busy family. It was well worth the wait, I've been sitting on the product for about a year and it still looks brand new. I have had no issues and I'm extremely happy with my purchase!

First time at this location. I love they post what is in stock. Reasonably priced items for starting or creating a new look in your home or apt. We purchased a table for my mom's apartment. Every place else was at least 2-3 months for delivery. Nice to see items available.

We just bought a new loveseat and love it!! The customer service was excellent and we only had to wait a few days for delivery! We have found our new go-to place for furniture! And supporting a local, family run business is a bonus!

Great furniture store with very high quality furniture and great people to help you with what your looking for! My salesman was Joseph and he was super helpful and stayed focused on what we needed with our order and we ended up getting a HUGE sectional with his help! We then checked out with Shelby, who was super fun and very nice. Great experience overall and WE WILL BE COMING BACK FOR THE REST OF OUR NEEDS!

I purchased a couch today from Lake Effect Furniture and the sales representative Michelle was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, caring, and helpful! The best customer service I have ever had! Her knowledge on all the furniture products was above and beyond. I am so grateful she was my sales person today. So my couch shopping took me to Lake Effect, first time at the store. A positive experience from the knowledgeable sales associate Michelle to a showroom filled with a wide variety of merchandise many items in stock. Michelle took the time to explain the craftsmanship of many pieces. She has extensive understanding of the furniture business. She heard our needs and guided us through the selections that would fill our requirements. As I was continuously changing my mind Michelle was patient, courteous and never once pressured me on a decision. I truly believe she wanted us to have a positive experience at Lake Effect as her top priority. I would recommend the store and certainly dealing with Michelle when you visit them. She is excellent at her job and very customer service driven.

We had a fantastic shopping and purchasing experience at Lake Effect. The staff is very friendly and welcoming without being pushy. The showroom is immaculate and enormous! They have so many pieces of furniture available to see and try. Our salesperson, Vicky, was wonderful to work with, and so patient with us trying so many different sofas. We've tried the other companies and they're fine, but Lake Effect is local and family owned. I would highly recommend them, and will return for future purchases.

Our saleswoman Michelle was awesome. She helped us every step of the way from style to color to firmness of sofa's. Even gave us some ideas that we did not think of. We ended up buying a sofa, love seat, mattress and end tables. If we could give 10 stars we would. My husband and I highly recommend the ride to Lake Effect Furniture. Great furniture store and exceptional staff! Pam was helpful and attentive, but not pressuring. The store was very well laid out to help you find what you are looking for without getting you lost in a maze of confusion.

When we walked into the showroom we were nicely greeted. Our sales associate Terry was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and was able to answer all our questions. We did not feel rushed and felt like valuable customers. Todd the sales manager was very personable and thorough. Lake Effect Furniture is well worth the visit!!
