Photo of damage piece -Landscape showing the entire piece * This helps to verify the location and shows the scale of the damage/issue

Photo showing the damage/issue of the piece * please include up to 5 photos, if need you can attach a video if photos do not illustrate the issue.

Photo of manufacture serial number * The serial number is usually located in one of three places. 1) on the back of the piece 2) on the bottom of the piece 3) underneath the cushion on most upholstery pieces. If you are having trouble finding the serial number please contact us at 716-775-7077
